Marsha Nwanne is the founder of Equality Development and Research Centre (EDR Centre). She is an experienced human rights lawyer, researcher and anti- bullying advocate with ten years knowledge working with national and international non-governmental organizations in Nigeria.
Marsha has proven ability to conduct field and desk research on a range of human rights issues such as civil, political, economic social and cultural rights. She has also led and successfully completed high risk research on crisis issues.
Her expertise in conflict management , workplace wellbeing and culture, governance, livelihoods and economic market development , gender mainstreaming, policy advocacy, youth and civil society development has been found very useful in different organizations.
Marsha holds an LLM in oil and gas law, from the University of Aberdeen, UK and an MSc in Peace and Conflict Studies from the National Open University of Nigeria. She bagged an LLB (Hons) from the prestigious University of Nigeria and later proceeded to be called to the bar after successfully passing out from the Nigerian Law School, Lagos.
She stands out as one of the pioneer anti-
bullying advocates in Nigeria.

Mrs. Doris Laah is a Lawyer at the Ministry of Justice, Nigeria. She has an avid interest as well as rich experience in Human Rights issues especially as it relates to bullying. She has a masters in International Relations and Public Policy. Doris is an active Board Member at EDRC.

Elsa Nwanne is an Electrical and Electronic Engineer with an avid interest in the protection of the vulnerable using tech. she is a Tech Consultant at EDRC. She has an MSC in Communications Network Planning and Management and a certification in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL). She has a passion for the protection of women and children.

Media Manager
Grace Obike is an award winning, investigative, humanitarian and multimedia Journalist that has dedicated her career speaking truth into reality. She is a Media Manager at EDRC. Her reports ranges from investigating and telling human interest stories on bullying, native language resuscitation, gender inequality, displacement, poverty and many that hardly ever get told.
In 2017, she became an IRE and NICAR Ottaway Minority fellow by the Investigative Reporters and Editors as well as an Africa Women Journalism Project (AWJP) Fellow at the Missouri school of journalism. Grace is also a fellow at the Eleanor Crook Foundation 2021 Global Nutrition and Food Security Reporting. She became a Citizen Journalist with Yala Academy, Aileen Getty School of Citizen Journalism, in 2017. Grace has been reporting for one of Nigeria's leading papers, The Nation newspaper since 2013 and has freelanced for several leading International organizations. Her greatest push in life has always been the need to trigger systemic change in Africa through social innovations, promote self-reliance amongst the marginalized and work on creating peace in a continent filled with so much horror and pain.
Dr. Ifedilichukwu Uzoeghe Uchendu

Dr. Ifedilichukwu Uzoeghe Uchendu is a psychiatrist with 28 years of experience. He acquired his MBBS from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria. He is a PGD Fellow of Medicine and College of psychiatrist among other certifications. His area of specialization is neuropsychiatry. Dr. Uchendu is the Chief Medical Director at Nova Crest Hospital and the Medical Director of Centre for Information and Prevention of Mental Disorders, a Centre that specializes in the creation of awareness on mental health issues. Prior to his recent position, he was a Consultant with the prestigious University of Abuja, where he headed the Mental Health Department.
Dr. Ifedilichukwu Uzoeghe Uchendu is a partner at EDRC. EDRC refers victims who have suffered psychiatric deterioration as a result of bullying and gender inequality to him.
Obodoekwe Styvn
Obodoekwe Styvn is a Human Rights defender and an environmental justice campaigner based in Rivers state, Nigeria. He is the Director of Programs at the Centre for Environment, Human Rights and Development (CEHRD), a foremost Human Rights and Environmental Organisation in Nigeria. Styvn is also a Human Rights journalist and media consultant working as a news editor at National Point Newspaper, a regional newspaper based in Port Harcourt. He is also an M and E Advisor at Niger Delta Budget Monitoring Group (NDEBUMOG), a National fiscal accountability and civic space protection organization.
Styvn belongs to several human rights organization in which he holds different leadership positions. He holds a BSc degree in Economics, University of Benin, and has over 20 years of experience in human and environmental works.

Dr. Stephanie Oguchi is a pediatric occupational therapist with a passion for caring for kids with disabilities. She has a PhD in occupational therapy and BSC in bio-behavioral health. Her vision is to help young children understand the importance of embracing their unique selves. She is a strong advocate for implementing positivity and self-worth in children. She has helped children gain confidence especially when dealing with bullying and rejection. Stephanie is an author of the “colors of me”, a book series focused on children who are having difficulty with acceptance in their social environment, because they are different in one way or another. She has worked at Gray Stone Psychiatrist Hospital, New Jersey, USA. Stephanie is a Consultant at EDRC and helps with children affected by bullying.

Precious Nze is a Legal Practitioner with experience in Environmental Law, Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and tech law. She is a Program Associate at EDRC. Her role involves planning, implementing and managing different programs used to boost fundraising and increase partner memberships of agencies and corporations.
Precious is recognized by other core professionals as an enthusiastic professional on Human Rights issues, particularly; gender inequality and workplace bullying. She is also an Environmental Activist at the Greener Pictures Africa, an organization dedicated to mitigating the effects of climate change in Africa and advocating for the use of cleaner energy alternatives. She has been known for her exceptional dedication to the organization.

Chinaza Uhuegbulem works as a Program Associate at EDRC, assisting in the effective launch, planning, and execution of the organization's programs. He has participated in several civil rights matches, the most notable of which was his role in the Nigerian Endsars protest, a civil rights match championed by Nigerian youths in response to the violation of their fundamental right to life. Chinaza is also an environmental activist at The Greener Pictures Africa, an organization dedicated to mitigating the effects of climate change in Africa and advocating for the use of cleaner energy alternatives. He holds a law degree from the University of Nigeria and has a thorough understanding of social justice issues.
