There have been too many ignored complaints of workplace bullying in Nigeria. Some have lost their minds and lives while going through this agony. Our initiatives focus on promoting respectful and supportive work environments, providing resources for both employers and employees to foster healthy workplace relationships.

We actively engage in advocacy efforts to influence policy change. By collaborating with stakeholders, lawmakers, and the community, we advocate for the establishment of robust anti-workplace bullying legislations in Nigeria.
